Not nearly as comfortable as indicated! They are ok, until I find something more comfortable. That being said, I have a bunion, a hammer toe on each foot, arthritis in both feet, very high arches and insteps. It is difficult to find inserts that work. These may be fine for "normal" feet, just not mine!

these are heavy on structure but light on cushioning. i liked these for hiking but you can do better overall with the other pedag inserts unless you need that structure these provide for something like weak arch or plantar fascitis. but for heel issues or forefoot pain, you could do better with the other pedags.

I like the felt and the plantar plate support. When I first used them, they felt a bit to narrow on the arch and thought they might rub but as I used them, they adjusted to my foot without issues since they are felt material.

I wear a size 9.5W US in women's shoes. When these first arrived it was a little too large, but I was able to easily trim it to fit my shoe. It's amazing the difference it makes in supporting my feet while I'm hiking. I've had other insoles before that were too flimsy. These are comfortable and rugged insoles. I can tell they'll last a long time.
