Bigen Speedy Conditioning Color Refill: 7 Brownish Black - 3 Pack

We really like this brand of hair coloring creams because it acts quickly, colors richly, and is easy to apply. You can moderate the darkness of the coloring by letting the mixed creams "sit" before applying to your hair and also, by allowing it to remain on your hair for more than the prescribed 10 minutes. Since the creams come in capped tubes, you can moderate the quantity used, especially if you have short hair. That can help you save money in the long run. We consider this brand to be a great value because of its lower price compared to other hair coloring kits and because we can moderate the quantity used.

I've been at battle with my "stubborn grays" since my twenties- and about 15 years ago, after spending $85+ tip to have my grays colored to match the rest of my hair only for the wiry white strands to reject the color 24 hours later for THE LAST TIME, an internet search pulled up a blogger with the same issue that Bigen powder permanent hair color solved. Every 3-4 weeks since, I've ritually applied it to my roots and saved myself around $20k to date. I decided to give this version of Bigen a whirl a couple of weeks ago: It works faster, applies more effectively (with the other one sometimes I would miss some spots), it is much more conditioning (it is like a vaseline consistency v. a squirty watery dripping gel-paste), and I have noticebly less hair fallout after rinsing it out in the shower. One package also covers twice as much hair as the other version, and it is much easier to use portions of the package so now I can do a little touch-up on just my part and the roots over my forehead in 10 minutes. My greys accept this just as well and I get a better result in less time!

Quality and price are very good

Worked well for me. Quick and easy. I just wish they had a better selection of colors. I usually get just a dark brown which they don't offer so I got the "brownish black" and it's REALLY dark. I may have to get something else for the summer and save this for next winter.

Very easy to use

It covers my grey hair perfectly within 10~15 minutes. It's convenient to use the amount what I just need and save it for the next use. Price is cheaper than other famouse hair brand's products but works better.

I used this for about a year already and decided to adjust the shade from 6 to 7. Works perfectly. I get a hair cut once every month and the color still stays intact during the month. Simply reapply after the hair cut. Make sure you wear gloves when you are using this...I learned my lesson the hard way.The instruction says leave it on for 10 minutes. I typically do 15 minutes to 20 minutes.Also, if you are lazy to clean the tray, simply put some clear plastic bag over it, and just mix the solutions on the tray with plastic in between. Still need to clean the brush and I haven't found a way to get around that...

These are easy to use and only takes 15 minutes total. Just squeeze the amount needed off each, mix and apply. Wait 10 minutes then shampoo. I have black hair and use #7. It lasts about 15 days then touch up the roots. A box should last months for men with short hair. Only dispense what you need and screw cap back on. Make sure that you use Vaseline at edge of hairline to prevent staining skin
