These are even nicer than my old ones them being waxed is a nice touch. Nice simple shoe laces.

The YFINE dress shoelaces are very inexpensive and that should tell you something about the quality. You get two pair for less than one pair of most other brands. I don’t think you can expect high quality with low price. You need to decide on what is most important.I purchased these as replacement for the shoelaces in a pair of boat shoes. These are smaller and stiffer than the original shoelaces which came with the shoes. They are waxed so they should loosen up with use.When lacing up the new shoelaces, I noticed that the metal ring on one of the eyelets had a gagged edge – which is what caused the old shoelace to fray. If your old shoelaces are fraying, you probably should check for flaws in the shoe eyelets.The color is slightly lighter than I expected based on the pictures.One tip for changing shoelaces on boat shoes or any other type shoelace where the shoelace is strung through eyelets around the shoe. Unlace the shoelace from the eyelets on the front of the shoe and connect the new shoelace tip to a tip of the old shoelace. Pull the new shoelace through the path around the shoe. This will save you a lot of work trying to thread the new shoelace.These two pair will probably last the life of the shoes. If they wear out, I will opt for a more expensive pair.

Strong lace

I wanted some new laces for my Redwing Iron Ranger boots. The ones that came with them were slightly too short. These are the perfect length. I bought red for a pop of color. Love them!

They started fraying just after just a couple months.. but they're alright I like them and I'm glad they came with two pair

Can't say much about shoestrings. They were the correct color and length. I won't know about sturdiness or durability for awhile. In terms of cost, I looked in Target and found no selection there. Much more cost effective to just order on Amazon and pay the extra markup for the postage.

I bought these shoelaces about 6+ months ago. Both pair of these shoelaces have frayed to the point of near breakage in that time. My shoes are old so I was expecting the shoelaces would last to the end of the shoe's lives. Now I have to buy a new pair of shoelaces for this old pair of shoes. I am disappointed with this product. I would rather have contacted the seller first (rather than writing a review), but I couldn't find a way of contacting them.

These work well with my Cole Haan indoor shoes.

They cost less than some alternatives that I looked at but they were too thin.

Using for more than a week and still good. Ad expected.
