Generally, I wear these for about an hour a day and that seem seems to add comfort to my hands, and some days when rain is in the forecast between the neuropathy and/or arthritis not cooperating ( (~: ) I wear them a bit longer.

For the price I was satisfied with the performance. They truly helped with sore swollen hands.

I bought this for my arthritic hands, it really helps. My hands feel less swollen, and I can move my fingers better .
