This reel is a monster!! I've had a number of brands and this one stands out. Solid and strong.

I waited a bit to write a review. After many in and outs of the hose, I feel this product will be long lasting and works great. At first, it leaked a bit at the pony section connection, but I think that was the seals setting themselves. No further leaks found. Good heavy duty product.

SCAMMER ALERT
Zero stars!!! We ordered (2) of these for our kitchen and our water is 160°F. The hose could not stand up to the heat. The sprayerheads were cheap. We had to quickly change them out due to being inferior in quality. The lining of the hoses started flaking off into the water within a month of installing them. The item was not as described. It could not handle 212°F water(water boils at 212°F) and the sprayerheads were NOT METAL...there were plastic. VERY MISLEADING. WILL NOT do business with this company again.

Great product
So far this is the 3rd 1 I have purchased and at the 3 month mark on the 1st 2 they have held up great. Will know more I a year. These are used daily multiple times and have stood up to my buisness needs.

Have had this hose reel for over a year now.
After having this hose reel for over a year now I figured it was time to write a review about it.I feel that the hose isn't long enough, but there aren't any hose reels like this that are longer.The hose itself is of good quality and doesn't kink.I mounted it with another product to the wall and it swivels I feel like this is a must have as it takes the strain off the hose.So far after almost daily use this reel hasn't had a single issue and continues to do as it was intended for.

Performs as advertised. Doesn’t state it comes with a swivel mount adapter so I ordered one separately. No leaks. Quality sprayer included. Ratchet mechanism works much better than plastic enclosed counterparts. Works much like my compressed air hose reel. You can latch it open after unrolling the hose then release when done. If your not familiar with this mechanism READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Curious to see how it holds up to the Texas summer sun and rain. I’ll post updates should any of the parts fail.
