Q: Will this also fit on a Camelbak Eddy water bottle as well as the Eddy+?

The cap has the same 63mm threading as any other Camelbak (and wide-mouth Nalgene bottles), the straw is long and includes a guide for you to cut to the correct length. I installed mine in a wide-mouth Nalgene 32oz bottle and the threads were very tight at first (to the point of squeaking), but fits securely.

Q: Will this fit the 2L and 1L bottles?

Don’t get it. Seriously leaks. Had to throw it out. And I have an old camelbak eddy but they aren’t made the same anymore

Q: Will this fit the 20 oz Camelbak Groove bottle?

No, you will have to cut the straw for it to fit.
