Great colour. Very easy to split to your nails

I brought this for £2.44 when it was on a special deal, and it's well worth that price. I'd probably be willing to spend up to £5 on it, but no more than that. It does, indeed, dry very quickly, but it requires several coats (at least 3) to get the desired colouring, otherwise it's very pale and more like a glittery topcoat than a basecoat. However, given the price and how quickly it dries, I would recommend it and I'd be willing to try other shades.

Siren and Mermaid Fin.Siren - I loved. It took 2 coats (though I did put on a third to see if it made a difference and it didn't really) but I find this with most nail varnishes.Mermaid Fin - I found that it was incredibly sheer, but discovered 4 coats (not including base and top) worked for colour. Or putting on top of a pale purple nail varnish. On top of black it goes a slightly greener version of Siren. I didn't have a white polish (which my Mum and another review suggests) but will bear this in mind and try.

The colour of this is very pretty and adds a lovely shimmer to my nails. My only gripe is that it's quite thin, 1 coat is very translucent which is great if you want to add a sparkly top coat to another colour but to get your nail colour as strong as the bottle, you need 3 coats which can be a pain if your pressed for time or impatient like me.
