MENSI 1/2" BSP Aluminum Sand Casting Propane Gas Forge Venturi Burner Head Hardware Machining Industrial Heater or Boiler High BTU Parts

I purchased this thinking I would be spending a few hours removing a bunch of flash and casting junk. The pieces arrived really nice and technically ready to put to work. I do plan on polishing the throat because of my disfunction need to make things perfect and pretty. But it is very nice out of the box and I would recommend buying this head if you are building a forge or other blast type heater/torch.

Works great. Slow shipping though. Very slow.I used these to make some forge burners for my propane forge. With a .30 mig tip, these gave me a perfect stochiometric ratio.

Casting is good overall pleased with the product.Wish they made them in 3/4 BSP/NPT size, all I could find was 1/2 and 1 inch size.Also wish they offered the chock plates for air control?But that being said pleased with product and would recommend it, think it will make a fine burner for my forge.

I retapped the holes for npt and used 1/2 stainless pipe with welded flame expander. This really draws in the air and mixes quite for a small furnace. I used a die grinder to remove casting marks and enlarge the throat to the pipe diameter making it capable of extremely high btu's for a small burner.
