I purchased this spray starch after reading all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. It is a great product that produces a nice smooth finish without any stickiness or residue usually experienced with standard spray starch. The scent is light and fresh. The results are better that I could have hoped. I will be buying this from now on for my laundry needs. Highly recommended

Great product

The product itself is good, especially for delicate fabric art projects. However, it does not come with a spray nozzle which means you have to either find one or put it into a different bottle to spray.

My husband was in the military. He still irons. He absolutely loves this product. He panics if we start to run low. It makes ironing easier. The clothes turn out really nice. And it smells good.

Great for quilting. Doesn't make the fabric stiff but gives good body.

So many starch and sizing products claim that they don't flake, but they do. Mary Ellen's Best Press actually lives up to it. I was skeptical until I tried it, and not a single flake, even on black cotton shirts. You might not like this product if you like really stiff and crisp dress clothes. You'll need heavy starch for that. I estimate that the body is pretty much the same as that of sizing, but without the flaking. I don't know how I'd like the other scents, but the Linen Fresh scent is light and pleasant. Since my first use, I'm sold on this stuff. It's more expensive than starch or sizing, but the fact that it does what it says it does makes it worth it. My next purchase will be the gallon size.
