This product does not function properly with headphones. Now for some reason they are delaying my refund even though I have returned the package to them.

Dongle started to heat up when my mother attempted to charge her Ipad while listening to music.
Dongle became hot to the touch when using the charging port and the head phone jack at the same time. Almost burned my mother's fingers. Threw the dang thing away!
