Great Walker, big wheels and ability to fold
This is actually the fifth Evolution Trillium I’ve bought, three for friends, one for myself, one for my sister. The 8-inch wheels make it very easy to walk outside, going over grass or other surfaces. It folds from the middle to make it narrower, which is very useful in restaurants and other crowded spaces. The basket is very handy and a good size. The seat is great, making a useful & padded place to sit down when tired. Very sturdy. It’s not too heavy and can be lifted into a car trunk without much difficulty. Highly recommend!

High quality product - you DO get what you pay for!
Okay - full admission here... this did not work out for my relative, BUT... of all of the products we looked at, this vendor is the best hands-down. It is a very spendy product, no doubt, but the quality cannot be beaten. It is easy to assemble. No exposed parts or other issues. It rolls smoothly, even on carpet. While I hope to never need one myself, if I did, I would definitely buy this one. Amazon's policies make it easy to check out the product. If you can see your way on the costs, I think you or the user would be very happy with this product.

The High End of Rolators
I researched several models before I decided to buy this Evolution Trillium rolator. It was more expensive than the other models but it was well worth the price. It is the most sturdy, is very steady, the wheels are a good size and roll and rotate easily. The seat is comfortable and the rolator folds and unfolds easily fitting perfectly into the trunk of a car. People stare wherever I go. I don't think they've seen anything like it before. Even my physical therapists are impressed with it. I highly recommend it.

Superior quality for the price point
Immediately after hip surgery I had no choice but to purchase an average rollator in order to get from the car into the house, but the device was minimally serviceable. The key issues - poor back support, rock hard seat and the brakes did not lock! I did not feel secure using it in the house and especially not out in town. After two weeks of pain and worry I researched better versions - including several with price tags in the thousand dollar plus range and the reviews dissuaded me.I opted for the Trillium as the best compromise between price and value without sacrificing safety that I needed. I have been extremely pleased. The back support is very comfortable - far superior to the foam covered bar (that kept coming loose and falling off) on my first rollator. The Trillium seat is well cushioned, unlike the first rollator. I did not need a medical gel cushion on top of it to be comfortable. The handles and brakes are ergonomic and function very well. The larger wheels easily handle my exposed aggregate walkway and anything I encounter in town. I like the ability to fold the gear up for stowing in the back seat - it fits in a RAV 4 behind the driver's side on the floor in front of the rear passenger seat. There in a simple locking clip that holds it in the folded position. When folded, the Trillium still rolls on all four wheels, so there is no need to carry it. This came in handy for moving it. Also, in narrow store aisles, I could partially fold it to reduce the width. This made it easy to navigate. The device is heavier than my first rollator - I don't mind at all because the only time I felt the difference was when lifting it into the car.The sturdy cloth basket in the front automatically folds and unfolds with it. This carrier holds a very large bag of groceries or purchases or many smaller items. I also carried up to four 10 inch potted plants from the garden center to my car. The carrier material is treated and wipes clean. My Trillium looks brand new after months of daily wear.Even after being cleared to no longer need the Trillium, I still carry it in the car. I find it handy to have when touring an attraction or accompanying family on a shopping trip. I can sit to rest at any time. For comparison information, I am tall so I ordered the tallest version. The handle height is adjustable by about three inches using a sturdy screw mechanism on each side. This allowed me to customize the fit to my preference. I cannot comment on the ergonomics of the medium or short options. The paperwork and attached metallic warning label note that the Trillium will support 300 pounds - though I never came close to loading it down that much. I am definitely keeping it because will be useful following my next hip surgery.Highly recommend this product.

Evolution's Trillium is a wonderful Rollator walker
I needed to upgrade my 14 year-old basic walker to use now and after hip replacement surgery. I found the Evolution line while browsing Amazon and was immediately attracted to it's appealing and efficient design. It comes in 3 sizes: mini, regular, and tall to accomodate people of various heights. The brake cables are hidden within the frame so there is no danger of their catching on obstacles. To fold the walker, you simply use one hand to lift up the handle between the seat cushions. The Trillium only weighs 14 pounds making it possible for this 80 year-old woman to load it in and out of my car. it has a comfortable quilted padded seat with a padded back rest and also has a convenient storage basket. The 8-inch wheels provide a smooth ride. I studied several different companies on Amazon but kept coming back to Evolution. I had some questions so I called the US telephone number on their website (evolutionwalker.com), and Ken Houston was extremely helpful. I highly recommend the Evolution Trillium,

Great Rollator
I was introduced to the particular walker during a hospital stay in Canada. Sturdily built and I need that at over 235#. Pricier than most, but you get what you pay for. I love the curved web backrest. Those with a straight bar were uncomfortable for me. 8" wheels make it highly maneuverable. I like that it folds and unfolds with minimal effort. Great choice!
