I need neck support all day and night and this is the very best neck pillow. I tried a number and, until this one, none of them provided adequate support of both my cervical spine and the back of my head. It also does everything else this type of pillow should do: keeps my head from tilting too far to the side in either direction, or forward if you secure it with the little knot/loop closure. I've also discovered that using it the way it is supposed to be situated is very comfortable during the day when I'm sitting upright. But at night when I'm sleeping, it's more comfortable upsidedown. So my weak, stiff neck is always supported wonderfully.

Used this to fly back home 2 days after having weight loss surgery and it was my best friend. I hugged it so tight when landing or taking off and it helped alleviate my pain. It was also a great support pillow when i needed to rest on the plane and the eye cover was excellent! Dark and did not let much light through!

The strap to hold the neck pillow just doesn't work right. It is a small strap with a button to fit through a loop. Once you get it secured it is difficult to unbutton it. A new type strap needs to be designed

Because I often travel by plane or bus for business. Travel pillows are really needed. They get lost or get dirty very often. Most of them were bought at the airport. But the quality and price are not as good as this one. Hardness is constant. And it's very portable. Removable wash. I hope I don't lose it anytime soon. If it does get lost I might buy another grey one. LOL

I don't use this for travel, I use it for support due to a medical condition. It is wonderful. Relieves the pressure in my cervical spine.

I didn't have a lot of luck with this neck pillow. Every time I used it I found my head being pushed forward because of the raised headrest on the back. I tried different positions, but it would not work for me. The headrest is well made, plush but firm. It just didn't work out for me.

Recieved this today..will be returning. The pillow seems small vs others I've had and seen...perfect pillow for someone with a small neck.

I like it but its almost too big.
