Instructions:

Insert KetoCoach Blood Ketone Test Strip into meter to turn it on.
Press up-arrow button so that 'ctl' appears next to the blood drop icon
Bring the test strip to touch a drop of control solution at a slight angle. The test strip acts like a straw to pull the solution in.
