Love this brand and the variety of colors available. Need very little to get vibrant, beautiful colors.

Americolor is always my go-to for food coloring, especially for royal icing and buttercream. The colors are consistently vibrant and rich, making them perfect for decorating cookies and cakes. It's one of my favorite brands for food coloring gels, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to achieve beautiful, vivid colors in their baking and decorating projects.

I have used Wilton Gel Colors for years, but these are so much easier to use. I love that you can count the drops and make the same color consistently when you create one you really like PLUS no stained fingers! Never managed to do that with the others. The colors are really great and there is no off taste in the icing I've made. Buying in a set is the way to save money, but I know I will have to replace some of the popular colors at a higher price. Squeeze bottles are the only way to go.

These colors amazing!! They are so vibrant and true!! They are absolutely perfect for a magical bright cake!

I used this product to create a rainbow cake. The colors were vibrant, and easy to use. However, the "Electric Red" was closer to "Electric Dark Orange." Had it been a true red, I would absolutely recommend this. As it stands, it's missing something.

Never want to use the regular colors now! If I don't want a real wild color, I just add white and they make lovely pastel colors!!!
