I'm a college student who cannot afford a car at the moment so I commute to work and school daily so you can imagine how many things I need , my work clothes , my laptop , Chargers , books, glasses case , Extra shoes and clothes. You name it, my bag is always stuffedI am more than satisfied with product because it has so many pockets for anything that you may need . It has good size pockets so you can always separate your individual chargers comfortably. It has a laptop pouch, and huge pocket compartments everywhere with more pockets inside of them. The material of the backpack doesn't feel cheap at all , it feels premium and has an expensive look and feel it it . The zippers on the backpack slide really easily when closing and opening , and the zippers are such good quality and I'm not even exaggerating anything. This is a great backpack and I've looked at several backpacks before purchasing this one . I'm happy with this purchase because no matter how much stuff I have inside my backpack everything feels light weight , when compared to my other backpack the same equivalent weight so have so much pressure on my back. It definitely feels like this backpack is magic because it's so comfortable and lightweight regardless how much stuff you have insideP.S. at the flat bottom of the backpack there's a secret compartment with a zipper , I've realize this after 3 days and I never thought to look there ! This backpack is simply the best. I wanted a bag that was going to hold a lot of stuff without being too big (a tall order, I know). As a commuter in NYC I sometimes have to have multiple pairs of shoes and changes of clothes for the gym, dance class, binders, snacks, water, umbrella. This bag is able to carry ALL OF IT with no problem. The back and straps are comfy and cushioned. There also is a rain guard hidden underneath the bottom for when you inevitably get caught in the city rain and need to protect your bag. That being said, the actual bag is fairly water resistant, but the zipper sections are not, hence why you simply use the rain guard, which just slips over to cover the bag. This bag is also a great weekend bag for traveling. The TSA DOES accept this laptop sleeve in its zipped open form, which made everything much smoother and didn’t require an extra bin. The charging capability is also very useful and works great. I didn’t get a lock with my bag, as some others said they did. Overall, this bag is great and has multiple pockets for all of your stuff, and it’s all useful space. Great bag; go buy it!

I have had the backpack for a month or so and I like it very much. I bought it for my laptop, but I forgot that my laptop is17” and the backpack was designed for 15.6”. It was just a little short to fit my laptop though, so it should be very well accommodating a 15.6” laptop.I was not not disappointed at all as I can use it to carry a lot of staff for my 4 yr old when taking him out to play. It is very comfortable even though you make it very full. Also, the attached phone charger plug is very convenient to use, although you have to get your own power bank.One little thing that I don’t like is the backpack was folded during shipping and the foam inside to support the bag does not go back to straight. Now the bag would never sit straight again. Suggested not to fold it when pack for shipping.

I bought this for a trip I had to take for work. I was gone for four days and this bag was just what I needed. I had my laptop, my travel monitor, MiFi(jetpack), mouse, two phone chargers, a laptop charger, a HMDI cable, a USB-C cable, business cards, multiple pens, folder, USB-C Adapter, small folding easel type thing to hold my travel monitor, and I am sure a few other things. This bag accompanied them all with ease and on the trip home, it still had room for souvenirs for my kids and wife.I didn't have the chance to break out the rain cover as it was 100 down in New Orleans but it is pretty cool how it is stored in the bottom of the bag. Also, I know it says TSA friendly but I didn't try to unzip the laptop portion and see if TSA would let me go through. I just pulled my laptop out and put in the tray for security.My only complaint is the strap that can go over the luggage handle. The strap is pretty elastic and so when the bag is really full it can tip and/or slide left to right. Not sure if the strap was higher or if it was tighter if it would hold the bag in place better but there is a little hand help strap at the top that I just held while holding my luggage handle and this worked very well.I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone.

I've been getting ready for a trip to Europe and this backpack arrived yesterday. Actually, much higher quality than I expected, zippers are heavy duty and look elegant, and the handle on top is thick an padded. The backing is padded which will be nice once it is full and it is the perfect size for my Yoga 14" laptop. The middle pocket also has a pocket for a tablet (but not padded)--I'm putting books in it instead. Lot's of pockets on the inside for a multitude of things and not too bulky overall which is nice for travel and because I am a 5f 4in woman. Side mesh pockets fit my oversized water bottle fine and the back concealed pocket also is just big enough for my travel wallet with passport. Overall so far pleased!

Good product description and delivered on time.I was looking for a medium size backpack for airplane travel. This backpack is big enough to hold the essentials you need with you but small enough to fit under the seat in front of you on the airplane. (As long as you don’t over stuff it ). The straps and back have good padding and it has lots of pockets.Only negative thing I see is the lack of padding under the laptop sleeve. While there is some I think it could have been better. This is just my opinion. If you drop it repeatedly bad things are going to happen regardless.I have only used it a few times so time will tell how it holds up.I would recommend this product.
