Always dubious of purchasing items not made by the brand - i.e a Philips charger for a Philips toothbrush however we managed toloose two and didn’t want to spends loads in case we found them. Anyway, this charger works a treat and so we highly recommend.

First time using it was fine and it charged my toothbrush great so I thought it'd last. But when I charged it the second time after a month, it stopped working. I have to bet my luck to find the perfect angle to place my toothbrush on and 9/10 times it didn't work. And now it's been more than 90 days I can't even send it back. Sucks

Works perfectly and half the price of an original. What more could you ask for?

This did what I wanted it to do! All good, no complaints.

While it seems to be the correct size charging plate and pin, and the toothbrush sits on it just fine, the charger doesn't work. It is either faulty or incompatible with the Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 4300

Can’t give this trash a worse review!It charged my sonicare enough for me to brush my teeth once, then it broke my toothbrush so it no longer charges. It actually killed my toothbrush.Terrible product that I am sending back now.I am aware of the 24 hour charging time and how to reset the battery, there is no user error as I’m not a moron that can’t work a toothbrush.Don’t try to give me a new charger, I want a refund and you are also sending me a new Sonicare to replace the one you broke.Maybe if adults made your products, rather than children, it would work?I have the Sonicare protective clean, you can replace it with that model or better, I’ll let you decide.Respond ASAP. I’ve got all the time in the world at the moment to be on your case for a response and to make you look even worse than you already make yourselves look.I’m usually pretty chill about this kinda stuff but absolute incompetence grinds my gears, man.Do you want me to invoice you for the new Sonicare?(Not one that you’ve made yourselves. after trying the USB version that didn't work and was returned, this one turned out to be the better alternative.

Used it once when it was delivered - charged my sonicare OK, but I noticed that the battery ran out quickly. I've just plugged it in again to recharge and it's stopped working!If I wiggle the wire a bit the charging light blinks irregularly but I can't get it to stay on for the life of me. Even when it starts charging in a semi-stable fashion, it'll cut out after 20 seconds or so. I'm thinking faulty wiring.You get what you pay for I guess - I've just ordered a genuine sonicare one instead.
