Works well for me, but not so much for my mother-in-law who has aging memory loss, so make sure you research and try different things if it doesn't work for you.

A friend recommended this to me and i will admit I was skeptical. However after a couple days of taking 1 pill morning and night I noticed a significant difference. I started taking this about 6 weeks ago, I take one in the morning and one at night, so maybe it's too early to say if it work or not, if you need an opinion so far I have to say that there has been no marked improvement for me personally, I will take it for 4 months and decide then, it's expensive and slow to receive after ordering, best I can do for right now, ask me in March, just not impressed so far but maybe my expectations are too high, but so far I have had no noticeable negative side effects
