Disappointed
Had high expectations on these Vault C8 Monitors. But the monitors are just that...cheap. Bass is jarring even at middle volume levels. The highs are quite good though. The woofer jars like there's no tomorrow and they can't handle even a little bit of volume. The rear port has too much of noise. My old KRK Rokit RP5s sound a hundred times better than these pieces of crap. My KRKs are 8 years old and have been used and abused but they are still way better in all aspects. The build quality bid these Vaults are satisfactory but the bass is just very bad at slightly higher volume levels. No idea where these are made but there isn't much to vouch for. A very disappointing buy. Bajaao should stop selling these.

THIS IS THE PRODUCT YOU SHOULD GO FOR IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SETUP A BUDGET RECORDING STUDIO.
Im an audio engineer an have been running a studio since 2010. I used to use YAMAHA HS-80 (the old HS series). Recently, I setup a new studio and checked out gears. I am quite curious about these vault products. My neigbour had a Vault Condenser microphone and i checked it out and was quite impressed by it, especially considering the price. So, it led me more curious about vault products and so I decided to use Vault monitor, so I ordered a pair of C-8 and it arrived today. My first impression is about the packaging. Good job on that, the packaging is so neat and looks really cool. No scratch whatsoever.I quickly unpacked it and then connected it to my device..... And it further BLEW ME AWAY, LITERALLY... The bass sounds awesome, the highs are sizzling and the mids are crispy. I had no complaint about the frequency response. I am really really impressed by it. So my first task was to compare it with Yamaha HS-80 (same as HS-8).... What is found out is... There is a bit frequency response difference between the two. On the lows, they are more or less the same. The noticeable difference is on the high mids. The Yamaha performed a bit better on that range...i tell you, its negligible. In the highs, theres also a difference, but the ways they sound different is unique on their own rights. I cant choose between the two reagarding the way they produce the highs. They both sound great in their own way. On the lows, I even feel that the C-8 perform better on the Lows.So my conclusion is... The C-8 can compete with the best monitors in terms of performance. But these other monitors cannot compete with the C-8 in terms of price and value for money. So if you are trying to setup a budget home studio, i highly recommend this product. This product truly is the real deal.

Great Studio Monitors at best Price
Must Buy studio monitors. These are great product which give you the sound you were looking for. Best Mids, highs and a awesome base. Best to hear the every detail of the sound you produce. Price is also unbeatable. It is an American product and not Chinese one so that also gives an assurance of quality. Both The monitors and active so they give an excellent output.
