It took only 2 hours to assemble which is fast for us because we procrastinate hahaha. The kids love this set tho and im so glad we bought it for them. The big swing is a family favorite.

follow instructions and it's easy to assemble. Very durable as I hit it with a riding lawnmower and it only dug one side into the ground with no visible damage. 5 kid swing set with slide is very affordable you get your value for money. The only thing I see that's a bit of an issue is the height. It's not as tall as most swing sets,. Anyone 6.5 will have to watch there head.

Kids love it, fits the space we had very well. Was easy to construct. Had minor issue with the slide, as the instructions weren't clear on the first read. After rereading it assembled fine. I'm very happy that it is metal and will need less maintenance than wood play sets. I highly recommend the ground anchors from the same company, although not included, for kid's safety and to keep the set secure during heavy winds.

Great swing set my grand-baby loves it. Just be ready to spend hours building it. And the swing did bend a little with heavy wind.

Bought this swing set for my three year old granddaughter. Playgrounds closed due to the pandemic so this was the perfect gift. She absolutely loves it. Wasn’t difficult to assemble, which I did with my son. Took about two hours. Just a heads up: the middle bar ( the longest one) seems like it is not level, there is a slight bow to it. So at first it looks like the legs will not all be on the ground. I called customer service & they assured me that this is normal. They were correct, the legs eventually all rest on the ground. Customer service picked up quickly & were very knowledgeable. I bought & installed swing set anchors to secure set to ground. Very reasonable on the internet. Very happy with the set .

Ordered this swing set and it looked exactly like description! It took a while to put together so be aware of that. Also if it’s not on level ground the legs will not all sit on ground (we have not purchased anchors yet). It looks very durable! My kid loved it!!

I bought this play set for my kids for Christmas last year. I envisioned lots of fun playing in our yard and maybe even getting some yard work done while my kids and their cousins played. Instead, the package arrives bent, torn and punctured. ‘No worries’ I thought, ‘things happen, I’ll just contact the company’. So I do. And they tell me they’ll be happy to replace the swing set BUT I have to send the whole thing back.Okay....I have most of it assembled, I’ll have to contact them when I have it disassembled so they can follow up with FedEx - which I say to them. They scheduled for FedEx to pick up the disassembled and repackaged swingset the Friday after I contacted the seller. Okay....I take the day off from work to disassemble and repack the swing set. FedEx refuses to pick it up because the box was so torn up during shipping, I can’t put it back together.I communicate this with the seller. They suggest I take it to FedEx and have them repackage it for me. Okay...FedEx will have to build the specialty sized box for $200. My husband calls the manufacturer, and they say “no problem” we’ll send you the parts.So 0 stars for this seller, just buy this directly through the manufacturer. I took forever to write this because I have this stupid thing where I think this is somehow my fault, but at every step I communicated with the seller about the issues I was having, and got no real support. So here’s my review, take what you want and feel free to leave the rest.
