Glass head, length and fineness of pin for all fabric weights.
Well made. I’m craft extensively. Regular pins are to short and heavyweight in design for an avid crafter as myself. These work well on all weights of fabrics, don’t snag, allows see over easily when using my machines. The do bend more easily but this is better than breaking my machine needles as the heavier pins do. Will buy again.

You can't go wrong with these pins
These are great sewing pins. They are the only ones I use now

Perfect pins for very lightweight, fine fabrics
I love these pins! I have been sewing a lot of chiffon, georgette, silk, and silky polyester. These pins are super fine and leave no holes or snags in these fabrics. I have found that they are also great for piecing quilts.

Sharp little pins!
I use them for piecing quilts. They are just right and do not leave holes in the fabrics.

Not really extra fine, especially for quilting
These are not as extra fine as the ones with blue glass heads. I had already opened the box and used some before I realized they were not what I wanted. They are fine to use but not for quilting.

Good for silk fabric
You need extra fine needles for silk so that it doesn't damage the fabric. I have several silk shirts that are too large for me now, so I got these to do some experiments!

Excellent quality. Sharp tips won't damage fabric, heads don't fall off
These glass head pins are very well made. The tips are very sharp so it doesn't take any effort to insert them in fabric and they don't leave visible holes. The glass heads are secure and none have come off. They won't melt under a hot iron. The container holds them securely without the lid popping off. Good product.

Sharpness…only average
Compared to the same brand and size of pins that I bought over 6 years ago, these pins are much less sharp and not as quick and smooth. They are though, the perfect size for pinning quilt pieces.
