For occasional diy use
Truthfully I returned the product because I felt it was not the best quality for what I wanted to use it. There was little place for a clamp and the drill bits were not of the best quality. For an occasional use it might be good, but for extended use.

There is no depth control
If you need or do different thickness wood this has no gauge on depth control. You have to guess were it goes and estimate how high it goes. It is price right for that purpose.
