Absolutely perfect to make a flavored coffee. However a tiny bit goes a long way. I use about three drops to 12 oz of coffee. Highly recommended to get a dropper to use instead of a measuring spoon.So much better than a flavoring syrup.

This extract has a wonderful fresh strawberry flavor. However, it is very potent. You need to use an eye dropper to measure, unlike some other less strong flavorings. If you get a flavor that is too bitter or too much like alcohol, etc, you used too much. I use this to flavor iced tea. For one gallon of fairly strong tea, I use only 1.3 ml of flavoring, which is about 1/4 teaspoon. DO NOT use the normal measures in a recipe to substitute this flavoring - it will be too strong.If you do not believe me about the strength, let me ask you - have you ever tasted vanilla extract straight out of the bottle? Even if you love vanilla in cookies, cakes or tea, etc, you will likely think it tastes horrid and bitter straight out of the bottle! So if you think yours tastes bad, try using less.Note - different Olive Nation extracts are different strengths, so experiment with a little until you know how much you need for a particular recipe. For one gallon of tea, I can use one teaspoon of mango extract, 1/4 tsp of strawberry, 1/16 tsp of watermelon, and less than 1/16 tsp of apricot (I just got eye droppers and need to experiment with the last one - it is really strong!). Use it to flavor coffee and water, probably try in baking soon. This is my second purchase. First bottle was smaller and lasted several years. Great price and quality!

The extract is really good but does have an alcohol after taste if you use too much. I wanted to use it to make hot tea, but it would be better for cooking. The cooking process will burn off the alcohol after taste.

If you don't use too much, it doesn't taste fake. I saw a youtuber using it and trust her judgement. I wasn't wrong. Would buy again.

Doesn't give a strong enough strawberry flavor

I have and still buy from other vendors. However, Olive Nation has fine quality extract concentrates. I have not found their extracts to be of poor quality. Even thought they may be somewhat more expensive. I feel Olive Nation is worth buying. Of course I rate 5 stars.

When I first opened the bottle it smelled like mild hand sanitizer, zero other scent. I hoped the blackberry flavor would be brought alive in the baking process, it was not. I went as far as to mix in a full tablespoon to only 9oz of batter - still zero impact. I’m pretty sure I was sold watered down alcohol.
