Irish Setter Men's 2875 Vaprtrek Waterproof 17" Hunting Boot, Realtree Xtra Green,9 D US

I've put about 20 miles on them and overall they are good boots, my only complaint is they naturally crease right at the backside of your ankle and when you are doing a lot of walking and hiking it will rub you raw. Leather in that area would feel a lot better and soften up the more you wear them.

I love the boots but they are a little tight I tried on the size 10 at bass pro that was the only place I could find them to try on. That was the only size they had, so I guessed the 9 would fit better since I would be walking a lot I didn't want to deal with blisters. The 9.5 were sold out and I needed them fast so I'm hoping that they will loosen up as I wear them in. If I could send them back and a 9.5 were available I would do it in a heartbeat.

These boots fit pretty much as expected. They are rubbing some on the inside of one of my ankles, but that was expected until they are broken in. The boots are light and comfortable. The delivery could have been quicker. These boots were sent to me by Sportsman's Guide even though the name of the seller on Amazon was different.

I've been using snake guards for years. The type you strap around your legs but always felt vulnerable since they do not cover my feet completely. the Irish Setter Vaprtek Waterproof 17' cover your feet and legs up to the knee. They are comfortable and now I feel protected. I recommend these boots for anyone out in snake infested environments such as appraisers, surveyors, land brokers, and auctioneers who need complete protection.

These boots are great very comfortable. I hunt west alabama black warrior wetlands kept my feet dry and warm.

Fit is great but tounge is short not water proof to the top of the boot

Extremely light, quiet boot. NOT waterproof. Great if hunting in dry area. If laced really tight, barely leaks, but Not waterproof. Do not recommend.
