Great headset to use with your phone.
Headset is comfortable to wear and it's nice to have your hands free to do whatever. Clarity is clear on both the sending and receiving of calls.

Mic picks up a lot of background noise
My car is noisy making the built-in bluetooth problematic. Tried these headphones as possible solution (vs car bluetooth) and they are at least as noisy for parties on the other end of a conversation. If you are looking for something to work in a noisy background, I'd keep looking...

Not as good as I expected
The Noise cancellation is not very effective, I used this headset in a quiet coffee shop and my correspondant was disturbed by surrounding sounds.The lack of soft protection on the other side of the headset makes it uncomfortable if not painful to use.

Waste of money
Does not work on my iPhone 7 at all. Why does it state that it’s compatible with iPhones when in fact it is not.

Needs Help
There are three area that need help-: On-line mic switch needs a light, or moving on/off positions. Push-button without a light is unacceptable. 3.5 connector might not connect properly if cell-phone protection case is too thick. Case might need to be cut away, enlarging connection area, to offer better connection, or connector needs to be changed. Needs better operating instructions. Pictures aren't enough.
