Highly highly overpriced little brochure... there are better and cheaper options.
The information in this - VERY EXPENSIVE - little book is ok but limited. I would have expected a bit more for the price I paid for this brochure. The images and explanations - again - were good and I appreciate that the brochure was so small and I was able to read it in about five minutes. My disappointment is was in thinking I may get a bit more for the money I spent - almost twenty dollars - for a few page color brochure on breathing. I have a couple other books full of information on breathing and breath work that I should have just stuck with. I am always looking for that little edge of learning and training that will make me better and that's why I invested in this brochure - this had nothing new.If you are interested in learning breathing for Tai Chi, meditation, flute practice etc... look into these books (Wujishi Breathing Exercises, The Power of Breath and The Healing Power of Breathing) they have just as much information with more exercises to improve a breathing practice and you can get all three books for a few dollars more than this little brochure.
