Doubtful accuracy, missing customer assistance, and deceptful warranty
Teyo Fitness Tracker and Heart MonitorThis may be a good fitness tracker for some people but I returned it for these reasons:(1) I had my rate beat and blood pressure taken just three days before the device arrived, and the reading on the fitness tracker was off 50% on the former, and off considerably on the latter. These readings are important to me and I paid extra for these features. (2) Number of steps taken is reset at midnight so you start off at "zero" each morning. I couldn't find a way to reset the number of steps taken before I took a planned walk. I don't need to know how many steps I took around the kitchen nor do I want that number added to my Planned walks each day. (3) There is a Settings Gear Wheel on the device that is useless to me. All this setting tells us is the software version. The universally recognized Gear Wheel should not be limited to this purpose. I expected the Gear Wheel to allow me to make adjustments to the device, such as resetting the number of steps taken. (4) I could not find a customer helpline on the Internet or in the skimpy instruction manual that comes with the device.(5) Although there is a warranty page you can fill out, there are no directions on what do you if you want to execute that warranty - there is no company address, telephone number, website, or E-mail address. What good is this warranty card?In fact, Teyo's name DOES NOT appear anywhere - it's not on the box, on the device, or in the instruction manual. Odd. Why would a company be afraid to list their name or afraid to be contacted?

Terrible Product!!!!
I initially gave this product 3 stars but am now changing it to 1 star as it is no longer working at all. I have experienced the same problem that other consumers have mentioned in the reviews which is I tried to update it and it is stuck and keeps blinking "updating" over and over again and is completely unusable. This has been going on for almost 24 hours so far. Also now it is Wednesday and it was still saying Saturday yesterday before the updating issue started. Do not buy this, terrible quality product. This is in addition to the following information that I had posted initially:I just got the product as a gift and I am not very impressed with it. First of all, I don't know what the point is for having the app on the phone as it did not record any of my steps/calories/info. Secondly, I don't like that it is set to kilometers only and cannot change to miles. The date and time are wrong, they were right on Saturday when I first got it but today is Monday at 9:30 AM and the watch still says that it is Saturday at 3:57PM so cannot use this as a watch either and unable to change the time. Also the steps and calories are supposed to reset every night but they have not.

I LOVED it...Except...
I'm still disappointed that I had to return this fitness tracker. It fit great. I liked all the features. But the darned thing couldn't hold a charge for much more than 24 - 36 hours. Got a new one. This goes for 3 days.

Overall Good Value
Good watch, I did have a buckle fail and I bought a replacement on Amazon for $6 for 2 of them. The watch battery will last 2+ weeks if you tweak the setting a bit in that you make it not light up every time you move your hand, and setup the do not disturb times correctly. I'd probably give it 4.5 stars actually as the app is a little cumbersome. If the app was better I'd rate it a 5 star.

The tracker functions well, however the android app and it can not sync
The actual unit works well. However, I cannot get the android app to synchronize with the watch. Hopefully the tackers manufacturer will be able to help.

Spend the money and save the grief buy a fitbit
The band clasp for the band is flimsy and easily broken.

I wear mine everyday have had it since October and its now May. Only issue I have sometimes is the app and watch connecting. But if I restart my phone everything works again.
