I originally purchased 3 units of another brand (O-Zone CCTV). Then I found this brand for the same price and purchased 4 units. Here's the comparison so far.Easy of install: Both are very easy to mount. But I like this brand better in terms of the way on/off switch works.One can't tell if a unit is on or not until it is charged (so you have to wait until the unit is somewhat charged first before installation. Otherwise, you maybe risking to call an installer again or you have to go back up on a ladder again yourself). This brand turned on (Bright) right out of shipping box (There's lithium battery - back up I think) although both brands are solar powered.Motion detection: This brand is hands down better.Lighting: This brand is hands down brighter. (1400 lumen vs 800 lumen for the same price)Warranty: This brand says 2 year warranty replacement. (We will have to see)Reliability: The time will tell but so far both brands are working (1 - 3 weeks)I may buy few more additional units and this is the brand I will be buying.

This has worked out perfectly for my small patio and backyard area. Brightness is great and lights up with any motion.

Good quality and very easy to install. Not super bright but good for flood lighting about a 10-15' area. The only thing I would like is the light to stay on for a minute or so after detecting motion. Some lights you can choose 1-3 minutes that it stays on, but this shuts off quickly and waits for motion again. Not a big deal for the price. A set up suggestion is to program the choice between two modes in the dark (closet, for example) before installation to make sure you have the mode you want. The instructions are a bit vague on how to set up so this will insure fewer up and down ladder trips in the dark.

Easy to install and worked the first day!

Very bright and easy to install. Motion detection feature is also very good. Great product overall. Excellent customer service and great product warranty. One of my motion detection lights went out and when I contacted the manufacturer (Amaqua), they apologized for the problem and immediately sent me a replacement.

I purchased a set for our home and a relatives. Both sets workedperfectly until the first set was in use for 6 months. Then one of the lights just started flickering and then it just stopped working. There is water in the bottom of the lens, though this is suppose to be water proof.I've contacted the manufacturer about the 3 year warranty via email because that's the only contact information. That was two weeks ago. No response! I didn't realize these were made in China when I ordered them. It's on the box and you see this after you receive them. DON'T PURCHASE THESE! They work for a short time, then quit. No one responds when you report it to the company.

I had no trouble getting replacements when my original lights stopped working. Tropical Storm Debbie knocked another one out. My advice is to seal every way you can, adding caulk when you're finished.

I have installed the lights for a long driveway ,They are very bright , charge well and I feel safe with how this product works . I am buying 2 more for the back of my house ...GREAT PRODUCT MUST BUY........
