Holds an edge even when hitting granite
I am using this chisel in a Harbor Freight Hercules breaker hammer. I was not able to insert the chisel into the hammer unlit I ground off a little bit of metal on all sides of the shaft. I think the fit issue is more with the quality of the Hercules hammer than the chisel. The Chiel works very well now.

The Picture is Misleading
IMHOI gave it 3 stars, though I have not yet tried it in a jackhammer, because you have to rate it to comment. {Why doesn't Amazon allow "Comments Only"???]The picture is misleading. The business end of the chisel is not proportionately wide like in the picture; it is narrow, only a little wider than the shaft. The dimensions given (as seems often) are not correct as to the width of the blade. Even the shaft is supposed to be 1 1/8 inch wide = 1.125 inches wide, not 1.6 or 1.8. It seems like dimensions are often misleading, as they may refer to the package, not the item. In the case of a hex head, where do you measure? Across the flat surface of a hex side, or from point to point over the hex?I measured the blade width at 1 3/8" wide, just 1/4" wider than the 1 1/8th inch shaft size. Why don't they put the blade width in the description?
