My wife loves this. Incredible detail on it

Great item, poor packaging
Item was not placed into an appropriate delivery box. The ‘branded gift box’ that is supposed to be ‘included’ was ruined by having the delivery details sticker plastered over it. Does not look great as a gift in this state. Disappointing.
