Freedom Offroad0-3" Lift Extended Nitro Rear Shocks 2005+ Tacoma / 2000+ Tundra FO-T301R

I installed a 3 inch lift on my 2010 4runner and didn't want to spend a whole lot but these were questionable because of the price. I read some reviews about the very squishy bushing they come with. I didn't like how squishy they were so I ended up using the stock shock bushing which were in good shape and it's been great. These shocks are doing what they are designed to do and that's all I can ask for. I installed Bilstein 5100s up front and OME medium springs for additional weight I may apply in the future. You can't beat the price at $100 for 2 rear 3" lift shocks. Just use your stock bushing (if in good condition) or pick up some after market ones to replace the ones they come with.Before you purchase check the manufacturer website and ensure the part numbers match your vehicle make and model. I did this before I purchased and saved me time and money since they were the correct shocks.

I bought these because it said they would fit a 1996 4runner…. Long story short I had to use a cutting wheel to cut them off of the mounting point after getting the bottom mount on about half way where it stuck and seized up..

Junk. Needed different bushings and to narrow the collar to fit in the shock brackets. Would not recommend.

The product description is wrong bought them for my 96 4Runner that has a two inch lift and they don’t fit the stud was to big and they were almost maxed out sitting at ride height
