I take methotrexate (original developed as a cancer medication) and there are side effects. One side effect being mouth sores. As such, my doctor prescribed Folic acid, which I didn't metabolize well. So, then we when to Rheumate, which is a Folate (methyltetrahydrofolate, simpler form of Folic acid). Finally no mouth sores. Came across this product & it has more methyltetrahydrofolate than the Rheumate, plus other goodies, as well. As my psychiatrist recommended the higher level of methyltetrahydrofolate to balance my mood, so, win-win.

The provide me the clarity and energy boost I look for. The smell of these caps is rather tough to handle.

This product is an easy-to swallow & effective B vitamin ... that provides way more than the minimum required % values. I have had noticeably more energy since I started taking this supplement! On my 3rd bottle!
