This board fit the bill in every way. Perfect smaller size for taking it along on trips. Perfect tile lock board. Tiles don't snap in place, which I like. Easier to remove tiles at game's end. Quality plastic trays, not flimsy. Quality letters which sit perfectly in trays. Not cheap foldable cardboard board. I would buy this again and may get a few for gifts. I can recommend this keeping in mind that it is a much smaller board than standard size.

I have a couple of different Scrabble boards, but the Tile Lock Scrabble version is the only one my family and I use now. This innovative gameboard is a complete game-changer! I would have given this game 3 stars because I must admit to how I feel each star represent how you truly feel and I felt like one little thing I didn't like shouldn't be the star given just based off that. So now let me explain what I mean. The game is a lot smaller than I actually thought I must admit I didn't read the full description like I normally do when I purchase things online to avoid problems like the one I have concerning this game. Yes it is a tile lock just like the description says it is but Like I said its small, the board....the tiles and even the stand for the tiles seem to be smaller than the original game. I had to go back to look at the box to make sure this wasn't some Junior version to the game like they have for monopoly. That seem to be my only problem I have with the game board other than that it definitely is a tile lock no more of the tiles scattering when we try to make a word. Would I recommend this product yes but beware it is small.

This portable scrabble board is very small and light weight. It is very sturdy. It is fun to play with. It came to me as new, plastic wrapped. As you can see, I have gotten a lot of use out of it. The tiles are hard to get a hold of for "not dainty" hands and fingers. I don't remember if the measurements were included, it is 10 1/4 " X 10 1/4 " square. The tiles stay in place on the board, even while driving down the road in a camper. the tile holder has an extra ridge to hold the tiles in place. The only reason it is not a "5" is because it is smaller than I imagined it, I would like it to be at least 12 x 12".

Very small! If you're used to a larger board this is difficult to play on. Especially for small children.

I was so glad that I found this version of Scrabble! This unique board is really fun to use as well as practical if there are cats in the family. The pieces really do stay in place if my cat(s) join me as I’m playing. You wouldn’t be able to upset the board; but a cat’s paw, or an attempt to lay on the board certainly will not disturb the pieces. Even though there are little pegs holding the pieces in place, the game is still very easy to pick up and get the pieces put away in their bag.
