Excellent for beef stews

I am Hungarian living in the US. I was amazed by they have that product on Amazon. It is a Hungarian product which is an important ingredient for lot's of Hungarian food. I made a mistake and bought the hot version. I can't eat hot food, I can't use it, and the product is not eligible for return :(

I grew up on these paprika paste and I love them. I got the 3 hot paste in a package by mistake, I didn't realize, they were hot. But I will try to use it in my cooking, not on sandwiches, except they will expire in a few months. I am very disappointed, as I was hoping, they will not expire at least for one year. Very very disappointed.Update: I added one more star to my previous one, as I love the taste. Although I got the hot, it's very good on sandwiches and in cooking. I have no issue with the product, I believe, it's excellent, my only issue is the short expiration date. I gave one tube to my daughter, one already used up and third, I try to use up before expires in June of this year.

really makes the food taste even better. i use it in slow cooking, with vegetables like eggplant and zucchini, in salsa. just remember, a little, and i do mean a little, goes a long way with this stuff. it's rather potent in flavor.

Taste is excellent. price is fair. Hard to find better "hot paprika" product.It is a must for Hungarian ex-pats and for anyone who likes the taste of Hungarian food.Very good product, very good packaging (double bubble wrap inside, sturdy paper box outside), highly recommended.
