The free downloadable recipe usually sent to your Amazon messages and not through email. Check your Account and then Message Center. That's where I got the links that the seller sent after the purchase.

Q: received today, Has a rattle inside.? Cannot get the batteries to fit and still has a rattle. Will probably return if i cannot get it to work.

I’m not sure why your batteries won’t fit. It’s a tight squeeze for me but the fit. Check they’re positioned correctly. The rattle is the fan in the inside.

Q: Where can you get replacement mesh filters?

most any smoke shop seems to have something that will work...even hardware stores sometimes have filter screens.
