Complex, confusing thread instructions.
Pattern is in symbols, threads are in numbers. Once you cross reference the numbers with the symbols, then you are faced with several different color threads have the same number.

The instructions were inadequate.
The instructions were a copy of a copy! Therefore, all the symbols for half cross stitches were blurry or unreadable. Since there's no thread brand numbers listed for each color, I had to guess which color was being called for. With 2 to 3 colors in each slot of the thread card, I had guess on some. When I finished it after 5 months, I realized the skin area was not correct. Very disappointing..

This is a great cross-stitch. I love it. However it is definitely not one for beginners which I am. So I am having a little trouble doing it.

Just started. Spent half a day sorting the colors. There are 30 colors and 5 shades of brown others have 3 shades of same color. Don't know if I have right color thread for symbol. Very disappointed! Symbols on chart very small. Does not look like picture.
