If you know nothing about Insulin resistance it gives a simple explanation. I was looking for a simple cookbook. This has no pictures and I don’t want to make sweet smoothies for breakfast. I don’t like curry, ginger and coconut foods. Judge for yourself the meal plan I included.

Not enough information about reversing insulin resistance
I am using the insulin resistance diet book which has much more info. It is simple and no complicated recipes. This book had a lot of recipes but didn't seem protein and carbohydrates linked & balanced.

I love that this book uses regular ingredients in easy recipes for the normal person, not a bunch of weird stuff.

Loved it !
I am super picky about cookbooks if they are complicated or need hard to find ingredients.This book was easy to follow with a few simple ingredients. It uses lots of fresh herbs and spices for lots of flavor .I highly recommend!

I really like this book. Nice images, good organization and the recipes are not over the top difficult, actually most of them are fairly simple.
