Reliable and beautiful picture frame
The media could not be loaded. This is my second time purchasing this digital frame, and it offers improved features compared to earlier versions. Along with its vibrant display and multiple upload options, it includes added functionalities and was very easy to set up once connected to Wi-Fi. Sending videos was quick and seamless.I really appreciate the built-in 16GB of storage, which holds plenty of photos and videos. The screen size is great, and the frame itself is lightweight and easy to handle.

Fantastic digital frame that helps revisit the memories.
I got this frame for my parents so that I could send them pictures from afar. They enjoyed this present and have begun to understand its functioning, allowing them to use it independently. Some of the pros of this frame are:I love the way this frame looks. It is extremely stylish and my parents are enamored with the way it appears. The touch is also good. Furthermore, the frame is so light that they may even hold it in their hands to view the pictures. The display size is amazing and impressive. As a result, if hung on a wall, it is easily visible. I was able to walk my sister through the setup over the phone because it was so straightforward. We were also able to quickly upload photographs and videos.I also appreciate the ability to view photographs through USB. As a result, we may view a large number of photographs and videos without having to worry about transfer speeds or other issues.I also wish this frame had a couple additional functions that I would have found very handy.I found that every time we power on the frame, we have to disconnect and re-plug the USB drive. It would have been preferable if we hadn't had to do so.I also wish there was a method to avoid having to have the frame plugged in all of the time. If a frame had an alternate option to run on rechargeable cells, or anything like this may have been extremely great. In my opinion, it is an excellent digital frame particularly when we take its price and the features it offers in this price into consideration.

Great Gift Idea
I gifted this to my sister for Christmas and added every picture of her child from birth on it and she loved it. Works great and easy to use. The only thing we had trouble with was it going into sleep mode after five minutes. I tried everything I could and looked thru the manual and could not fix it. I contacted the company and they told me how you had to 1.press the open button go to setting2.go to "About" , find the built number, and click 8 times to enter the Andriod interface, click "display"-"sleep", and reset the sleep time. It was set in 5 minutes so I set it in never. Wish this had been in the manual but it fixed it and she loves it. Well worth its cost and picture quality is perfect. As long as you have the rotate button clicked on the you can turn the frame to portrait mode or landscape. We turned ours to stand up in portrait mode so it shows the whole picture. Without cutting anything off. Hope this helps anyone struggling with the sleep timer.

Decent features for the money, importing photos could be more robust
I bought this for my mother who is in a nursing home. She is not tech savvy, and it wouldn't have internet, so I wanted something that would start up on its own, flip through hundreds of photos, and not care that it didn't have internet. I had never heard of Dragon Touch, but I liked that it looked like a traditional photo frame and wouldn't look out of place in her room. I was able to get this frame to do what I wanted, with some easy configuration. When I set it up, I told it to jump directly into photos and bypass the dashboard, and to flip through photos all day, and then turn off its display at night. It worked really well. The only issues I had were with getting photos on the frame. I'm pretty technical and one of the ways you can get photos on it is with FTP, so I set it up on my wifi and then connected to it with Transmit from a Mac. I exported all my photos as high resolution JPGs from Apple Photos and drug them all over in Transmit to send over to the frame. Within a few seconds, the frame quit responding to Transmit and disconnected. I found that if I dragged over one photo at a time, it would work fine, but if I tried to send a batch, it failed. The FTP functionality could definitely use some work. I had hundreds of photos, so dragging one at a time wasn't gonna work, so then I formatted a USB stick and moved them over to it and then tried that. The USB stick never would mount, no matter how I formatted it, how many photos were on it, and I even tried multiple different USB sticks. After half an hour I gave up and tried the only remaining method - using an SD card. I formatted the SD card, drug over all the photos, then put that in the frame. It instantly recognized the card and asked if I wanted to import the photos, and I said yes. That worked fine, so then I had all the photos on the internal memory of the frame. The frame did 90% of what I wanted, but I wish the FTP and USB stick methods worked better, as the easiest would have been FTP. I also noticed that when I put the frame on "Randomize photos", it uses the exact same random order every time, so...not very random. Other than those issues, I am pretty happy, for the price. I haven't tried adding photos to the frame using an SD card, but I'll get to try that pretty soon. The screen looks really nice and you can tell it's running some flavor of Android and is decently responsive. I would definitely buy another one.
