it is the same as the Equate Wal Mart same chemical name.
It is the same chemical product you can get at Wal Mart but a little cheaper. Pills look the same & same effects.They are exactly in looks but what the pills look the same same thing.

Save your money! Didn’t work well to help us sleep.
I didn’t find they did much to help me sleep. I gave them to my husband and he too said the same! Save your money. Didn’t work for either of us.

I have always had a hard time sleeping or even falling asleep. I've tried so many different products that promised the same thing. Some would work good and some wouldn't work at all. Until I found this product the 1st time at Costco. I now longer live close to a Costco so I was so delighted to find it on Amazon. Now I'm sleeping like I should be again and absolutely no grogginess the next day.
