ASUTRA Multi-Use Essential Oil Aromatherapy Pillow Spray (Lavender & Chamomile), 4 fl oz – Mist for Face, Body, Rooms & Linens – Car, Fabric, and Bathroom Freshener

I bought quite a few essential oils that are supposed to help with sleep because I’ve been struggling to go to sleep and stay asleep for the past week and im ready to not feel like a zombie!! I let some friends know that I was going to do some more thorough reviews of different highly rated and inexpensive essential oil blends for sleeping so they don’t have to. If it’s of any interest to you, I’m also reviewing the other products I purchased at this time, so you can check out my other reviews if this is helpful: nature’s truth brand 2.4oz “good nite” scent; juniper mist brand 4oz “sleep smudge spray”; plant therapy brand 10ml roll on “sweet slumber” scent; gya labs everyday care brand 10ml roll on “bedtime” scent; maple holistics brand 10ml roll on “dream” scent; and woolzies brand 3x10ml “sleep tight collection.”At first, because I don’t love the scent of lavender (it is fine, but not all that and a bag of chips for me like some other people feel), I wasn’t really super interested in the scent… But then, when I was up all night and unable to fall asleep, I figured I would give it a try and honestly I love it. It is fresh and strong enough that you can use just one spritz if you don’t like a lot of scent and can use multiple spritz if you like a stronger scent. Put it on my pillow and on my egg stuffed animal that I hold onto sometimes when I am trying to sleep to keep my hands busy, which brought the scent closer to me from different directions. Doesn’t take over the room when you spray it on your pillow, so it’s great for if you have dogs and don’t want them to be breathing in a bunch of essential oils, or if other people who share the room don’t really want to be smelling too much of what you are smelling. I am working on getting this into my nighttime routine so my hope is that over time I will train my body to associate this smell/product with going to sleep and that will make it easier to fall and stay asleep. My fiancé loved the scent and he is totally cool with me using it in bed next to him… he really loves lavender! Definitely a good product for adults and kids alike, and even if you don’t love the scent of lavender, I would highly suggest you try it out if you are OK with the scent of lavender. Bottle is pretty big and I think it will last a while, and especially for this price I will definitely buy some additional ones… Likely before this one runs out just in case they stop making this product! Kind of like when you find a good pair of pants and you want to buy more than one pair so that you know you have back up pairs for when you need to replace it. Great!!

I recently ran out of another natural lavender spray that I only used occasionally. I saw this one on Amazon, loved the fact that it's cruelty-free, women-owned, and has other ethically/environmentally friendly values I share, plus at a great price, and thought I'd give it a try.During the day, I spritzed a little around me. I was amazed at the quality, combination, and balance of the lavender and camomile essential oils, and after two spritzes, how quickly anxious and stressful feelings almost diminished entirely and I felt calm, peaceful, and relaxed. The other product I mentioned above was nice, but did not have such a potent effect on me.At night, I used the Asutra Mist again on my pillow case and a little over the bed. I was able to relax, release anxious thoughts, and fall asleep more quickly than normal, which is a big plus for me!I will be exploring the other products that Asutra offers, too! I'm so glad I found this product!

it's organic, good scent but doesn't last more than hour. I have issues now with the perfumes and candles and this mist don't cause me any issue I have principles of asthma and I don't have any presure in my nose or chest when I use it.

Ordering my second bottle so I have one for upstairs and one for my daughter's room! It smells lovely and not overpowering. I use it in my daughter's crib and call it "sleepy spray", my husband and I use it on our bed and I also spray it on curtains and rugs after I clean and/or before we're having company. It doesn't appear to leave any kind of residue. My daughter and I have super sensitive skin and neither of us have a problem with spraying this on our linens. I use 2-3 spritzes on the bed each night. The bottle lasts a while, so it seems like a good value for the price. For me, the only downside is that the smell does fade fairly quickly, however I think if they made the smell last longer, then the initial product might be too overpowering at first, so that's probably for the better. Overall I think it's a great product. Highly recommend!***Updated June 2018 - I ordered a second bottle and was super disappointed that it smelled nothing like the first bottle. I had to check the label to make sure I had the right one. It was a distinctly different smell, even my 2 year old noticed. I spray this by her crib every night and can’t use the 2nd bottle because it’s too different and not a smell that any of us particularly enjoy. Not sure if it was some kind of mix up, or if the frangrances from bottle to bottle can vary that greatly. Afraid to order again if the smells are inconsistent. Would like to get in contact with the company to find out why.
