It is so beautiful, and i love it!! Mine was sent to Houston Texas and came in perfect condition! It looks absolutely stunning in my kitcken! It was a little dusty but i cleaned them and they look all shiny and beautiful!

Very disappointed ! Not like pictures and creamer cup was broken - metal is rusty and old - not worth the price at all !

If you are looking for a set that sits in a China cabinet to be admired, and IF the manufacturer can get it to you unbroken, this will work. I wanted a functional tea service that I could use to dazzle guests and this set is not it. The quality of the porcelain will not allow me to use the set--even with the utmost care. My teapot was delivered cracked from top to bottom and the gold trim is a tarnished color gold. I am not sure if I will be able to use standard polish on it without damaging its beautiful finish. Compared to the china in my cabinets now, this set is like "colored glass"--delicate glass. So disappointed.

Honestly they do not package these correctly. My set broke TWICE. The first set cam in broken and the replacement came in broken as well. The work on the product as okay.

I do love it!!! I was so excited to see the set arrived after just few days. however, when I opened the package ,1 saucer brook, and 1 cup brook also. I think the set wasn't secure enough. I CLUED THEM and the set looks AMAZING in my china!!
