Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask To Clear Pores 1.0 OZ

This mask works great. I have been using it for years. It minimizes my pores and my skin feels great after use. I have oily skin with large pores and this mask works wonders. I use this mask once a week or the day before I plan to wear makeup. My makeup is flawless when I use this product. The application is smooth because my pores are smaller.

So far this mask is working pretty well, my skin does look subtlety better, but with prolonged use im hoping it will look better with time :) one thing you should be prepared for, it will pull blemishes hiding beneathe the surface to the top, after a use I noticed I had two new whiteheads. However, the recovering white heads that were there did seem less red. I'll be soldiering on and seeing if there's an improvement the next couple days/weeks

It makes your face really soft, which I like. But I'm not so sure it's the best for helping with pores, which is why I bought it. I would still recommend it, but just know, that it may not work for you either.

I have had acne prone sensitive skin for over 20 years. This Is the best product I have ever used. Does exactly what it says. I use it once a week and the day I use it my skin looks amazing.

This is not a peel off mask which is what I expected. It may work well overtime but not what I was hoping for.

Makes my face feel soft and clean every time I use it. I've used it once or twice a week since I bought it, especially on those stressful days. I may not buy it often bc of the price, but it's worth every dollar.

I should have known better. I work at a day spa and I know (even with oily skin) charcoal can dry me out. I have very oily, break-out prone skin that's about as picky as a four year old with a plate of food. I got this mask because I was looking for a drying mask to close my pores after exfoliating--I used it as perscribed for two weeks and it dried me out so bad I broke out in pimples. I used it less, once or twice a week and it broke me out more than it helped. It has no calming properties that I can tell from the ingredients list. The only thing I can tell that it does the first two times (only these two times) is that it mattifies--but after it begans to dry out the skin it causes more irritation and breakouts. It just wasn't for me. Maybe it works better for skin that's just oily and not sensitive in any way...an okay product but definitely not for everyone.

I stared using this product about 2 years ago with a trial size and I loved it, when ever my skin is dry and irritated, I use this and a good moisturizer and it seems to fix all those problems, and I use it once a week.
