I could not find a commode seat in in black as a manufacture stopped making colored toilet seat covers. I was very happy to receive this product. It fits the toilet exactly perfectly very high-quality materials and perfect fit. Very happy so far.

They make good quality seat covers charge also highly but do cost cutting at the strangest place the bumper/buffer underneath the seat broke within 2 months of use, although spares are available, but the quality is so poor it will keep breaking, the bumpers should be of rubber rather THAN CHEAP HARD PLASTIC

Well crafted and stylish looking. Quite heavy toilet seat and cover with great Walnut finish.Mounting hinges are made of good material and adjustable to suite the distance between the commode mounting holes.Only drawback I see is that the hinges may not be of of right gauge to sustain heavy seat cover. Will need retightening of the hinge nuts once in a while.

I searched for this item for years. Thankfully, this is exactly why I love Amazon: sourcing hard to find necessary things. This is replacing a black plastic cover which kept breaking due to the weird size that did not fit my old Hindustan Ware commode. This is beautifully made, fits perfectly, and I hope it’s the last toilet seat cover I will ever need to replace over my black commode.

NOT SUUTABLE FOR CASCADE TYPE PARRY FLUSH COMMODES.THE FIXING STUD DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY AND MISALIGNED.STUD BROKE SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. THIS WAS DUE TO STRESS ON THE FIXING STUD DUE TO MISALIGNMENT.
