I used this pillow on flights from the eastern U.S. coast to Hawaii and back. The pillow was very supportive, and I appreciated that I could use it to lay back or to the sides. The fastener strings were a nice touch to keep it secure, especially while sleeping. I sat in the window and aisle seats, and the pillow worked great for both (i.e., don’t need a window seat to lean against the wall).I have chronic neck pain, and the pillow helped me manage the pain during the long flights!I was able to remove the pillow cover to wash it. It took a bit of time to get the foam back into the cover, but it fit fine after washing (gentle cycle and air dry).I used a different carrying case as I couldn’t get the pillow to roll up enough to fit in the one provided.I loved that the eye mask was included as that helped me sleep too. It also held up to the washing machine (gentle cycle and air dry).

I wrote a 5-star review yesterday after receiving this neck pillow. It hasn't posted yet, but I'm going to amend my review after wearing this neck pillow yesterday. First, I'll just say that I wish I could give it more than 5-stars. This neck pillow is more of a neck brace and for someone like me who has arthritis in the neck, it's more than just a pillow to use for a long plane flight. I bought it for an upcoming 10-hour flight from NY to Athens, Greece. I had purchased another neck pillow from Amazon and returned it, it didn't give great support, was bulky and the covering over it was too 'fuzzy' and made me hot. I returned that one. This has a cover that's smooth and comfortable and zips off for washing. Very practical.Just look at the design and how the sides are upright, not rounded like most common neck pillows. It makes sense that if the sides are vertical, it will keep your head vertical and not leaning to one side or forwards. I bought the model with the slide-clip front in front, rather than the model with two strings that tie. The strap is stretchy and each side easily clips together. The strap can be adjusted for length. I prefer it snug, the two sides almost touch when closed, but that's a personal preference. The memory foam is firm enough to keep your head upright, but soft enough to be very comfortable and easy enough to roll up tight and put it in the little drawstring pouch it came with. The eye shades and ear plugs are a nice extra bonus, but the star is the pillow itself. I have hardly taken it off since I got it. The pain in my neck just instantly dissolved.I'm on my laptop a lot, which adds to my neck strain. Wearing this neck 'pillow' which is more of a comfortable neck brace, just totally removes any neck pain or strain. I always do my 'due diligence' before purchasing anything on Amazon, the reviews are helpful. I hope my review helps someone decide to buy this neck pillow. It's just the best find I've had on Amazon this year. I'm grateful to the designer and manufacturer for putting out a quality product that's portable, comfortable, economical and actually does what it's meant to do.

This pillow works well and is highly cushioned. It is great quality and the cover is washable. It will definitely hold your head up. It came with an eye sleep mask in a bag. Unfortunately, I doubt I will ever get the pillow back in the bag. The pillow is much bigger when expanded, which I was not able to squish back in the bag with my arthritic hands, and took up a fair amount of space in my carryon backpack. It will be better for car travel imo.

I’m going to start off by saying this product isn’t bad. It was comfortable but the reason I returned it was because I wasn’t a fan of the shape of it. I had a 14 hour flight and was looking for a pillow that offer me max comfort and support as I always have a sore neck/back after getting off a plane. The neck pillow was very soft, the color was great and it was light weight. It’ll fit most body types comfortably. I also loved that it came with the ear buds and sleep mask but ultimately, I decided on the other product I purchased. Great quality product though!

Very nice pillow. Feels real good on my neck, fits perfectly and gives great support. Love the indentations that allows chin, cheeks and ears to sit comfortably while resting the eye mask and ear plugs are wonderful additions. I could actually feel the relief from the pain in my neck as I relaxed in the comfort of the pillow. My only problem is putting it bag in the bag. I’ve tried about ten times so far and had a great workout on my arms and fingers trying to hold it from reinflating but with zero success so far. I guess it’s a two man job 🤣. I possibly won’t be using the bag to avoid the stress. Overall, the product feels great and I’m looking forward to using it on my upcoming flight.

Soft and works well as a neck pillow and for good use traveling in car or plane. Overall good use to support your neck when sleeping in a chair.

Just used this on an 8hr overnight flight. What I like about it is that its firm and does a good job fitting and supporting the neck. The clip in the front helps keep it secure.I dont have any major complaints, but the bag that it comes with is a bit small and makes it difficult to put back in. Also, this can make your neck a bit hot/sweaty, it's also fairly bulky so it might not work well with your headphones.
