I never bother to leave a review but this little red spiky ball deserves one. It goes so deep into the foot tissue! I love it. I m not using the green ball but i wanted to buy another pack and this brand was out of stock. I bought another similar red ball from a different supplier but I can see this therapist choice brand is lot more needle like feeling. The spikes are lot more narrow and poke harder just the way I like it. I will use this every day to release my plantar fascia. I also have an expensive massage gun I use but this red ball is good because you can sit on it for few minutes in one particular spot. It also goes lot deaper into the tissue. Only recommend if you like really hard massages like I do, not for softies

I've been using these for quite some time.And they're very helpful.Not so much the big one, because it's a little soft, but that little red 1.If you can get it, keep it, use it.It's wonderful and helpful

The description says one soft ball and one hard ball. They are both hard with very sharp spikes. Do not believe the description.
