I have these as my home office lighting over my desk. Super easy to install, took literally 5 mins to lay it out, cut to length then stick up. The motion detection on off switch is great, I simply wave in front of it to turn them on then again to turn them off when I done with my desk for the day and sorted. They are quite blue for use with a webcam ( maybe I should have brought the warm white version but wasn't thinking about that at the time) but the dimmer and switch are great. My only issue is they never quite turn off,there is always a faint glow from them when turned off but it's not a big deal

Used these in my kitchen & it’s been going strong for a few years. Very good quality & bright. Would buy again.

The lights were bought to lighten up my two glass display cabinets bought from another large retailer of self-assembly furniture.The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the fact that they are advertised as 12m (40 ft). I would say that they fall slightly under that measurement by at least 2-5 inchesPros:Super bright and also dimmable via the button and sensorThe motion sensor activates and also deactivates by your hand, a foot (Even in a slipper) and by the small metal part on the bottom of the glass door.They really do look stunning when they are switched on and really does illuminate both of the cabinetsCons:Not all of the stickiness of the strip lights are fully and completely adhesive and I found myself having to press down on the strips to make them stick.I would have expected "40 ft" to have been a good size for 2 fully built display cabinets, but it falls short by at least a foot or so.I would say that if you desperately want these types of lights, then I would say worth your cash, but it's at your own discretion

Brilliant purchase! Really bright and easy to turn on and off with the gesture switch, the length is perfect as I have it running round the perimeter of the garage ceiling. I was stupid and didn’t read instructions at first and didn’t realise it was a gesture switch, I thought there was a loose connection or something as the lights were flicking on and off as I was testing it. Would definitely recommend.

I bought these LED`S for the bed of my truck, and wired to my side lights and they are super bright. They wouldn't stick to my bed liner ( not the fault of the LED`S but more the texture of the bed liner ) but i side stepped that issue by using under cabinet aluminium cabinet strips and held them in place with super strong double sided tape. The light from these leds was very bright and allowed my to see in my truck bed easily.Fully recommended.

Please be aware before buying, there is no protective layer over the LED strip, you are buying a bare LED strip with an adhesive back. As such there are exposed connections and no water proofing.That aside, this is an excellent kit that is nice and bright. I used them to make a light for my aquarium. (The box is completely water tight with silicone sealing all joints. I would not recommend them being used anywhere near water without some form of protection)I have attached a photograph to demonstrate them in use. The brightness of my DIY light is that of a much more expensive aquarium light, at a fraction of the cost. My fish and plants are thriving.

Poor quality sticky adhesive, brightness weakens from the start to finish , very disappointed to say the least ,have them in 2 alcoves and the first is brighter than the other , will have to rip them down and buy better quality leds

They are quite bright. I used them for my home office desk instead of a desktop lamp, and the effect is really good. Much more subtle light across the whole desk rather than one bright spot in one place.These were longer than many others for the same price, which is great. They were fairly easy to set up. My main complaint is that the self adhesive strip really are not very adhesive at all. The photos show what happened after a few hours. When I stick them back in place they stay for about 45 minutes before they fall off again. Now I'll need to find some sticky pads to use instead.
