Arrived as described, very easy to swallow capsules. I suffer with PCOS and since coming off the pill in October I haven’t had a period. I’ve taken these daily (2 capsules with breakfast) and my period is on its way! 29 days after starting to take them!I did suffer with headaches and (TMI!!) some gassy side effects initially BUT it was worth persevering with. I’ve also noticed an improvement in other PCOS symptoms such as craving sugar (this has been a problem for years!) so hoping this is the start of something good :)

I really love this pill, it really seems to help. As a PCOS suffer, I have been suffering for years, I can confirm that I now have a regular period after taking it for a month. I have ordered another 2 bottles

I bought these after reading it could help me with some of my PCOS symptoms. I was really pleased with how quickly the item arrived and the packaging was really sturdy and secure. I have now been taking these vitamins for a month now and have started to notice some differences - primarily I don't feel as lethargic and exhausted as I have been, and whilst I wouldn't say I'm full of energy, my energy levels have definitely improved and I hope this will continue. I also have noticed I don't feel as 'snacky' throughout the day since taking these which I'm really pleased about. It is recommended that it takes around 3 months for any changes to become noticeable so I am excited to see if there are any further changes.I'm really pleased with this product, but the only thing I think is worth mentioning is that the tablets are quite large so can be tricky to swallow. I've got used to it, but if you struggle with big capsules, it might not be the right product for you. The product also comes with a 20% discount for a next purchase, which I will definitely be taking advantage of because I am really pleased with the results so far.In addition to the Inositol I have also started drinking spearmint tea and taking apple cider vinegar daily to help with my blood sugar levels. I've only been using these for around a week now so it's too early to see how this will support the Inositol, but generally it should be good for my overall gut health regardless.

Very strange smell, smell like it's "gone off" and mouldy smell. Made no difference to periods. Women need to realise there's nothing wrong with a 32 or 35 day period if it's regular and therefore a normal cycle for you. A 25 day regular period is also normal - but probably inconvenient and may cause iron deficiency if it's a heavy flow.

I've suffered with PCOS since the age of 16, often women are prescribed birth control for this condition which I believe reacts your fertility (I have terrible side effects to birth control) so birth control ie tablets etc was not an option, as I got older I obviously wanted to try for a baby, to find out that due to PCOS I didn't actually ovulate on my own at all =( myo inositol has changed my life, I have fallen pregnant 3 times due to myo inositol (unfortunately one pregnancy ended at 11 weeks) but have 2 children now due to these and in the future I will try for more, I still take inositol but don't believe each women needs to be taking a much as stated, I advise women use myo inositol and d-chiro inositol but build your self up on this, start small and build up to your level as PCOS/PCO effects women in different ways, myo helps via inducing hormones and D-Chiro inositol works as an stopper when ovaries have received too much of the hormones they need, combining both induces ovulation, promotes good egg quality. So if trying to fall pregnant with Pcos is proving hard then I recommend this 100% not to mention the fact the PCOS comes with horrible effects, these improve them greatly, yes they are pricey but these give you your life back and now my periods are regular, no heavy bleeds, no terrible cramps, no irregular bleeds, I'm ovulating =) no spots, no horrid hair. Please try these as they changed my life and believe they will other women as infertility and PCOS is the most horrible thing ever and I know it too well as before I fell pregnant and knew and these, I was trying for 7 years.

Not the type to write reviews! But after suffering from PCOS for the longest time, I had to do something about it. Read up on inositol and ordered this one as it had good reviews and was cheaper than some of the other brands.I am so happy that I’ve done this. I have energy every day. I don’t feel like I need to lie down after dinner because my body is overworking inside.I can actually go for walks or slow jogs without having to take breaks every 30 seconds.Hairloss and Acne has slowed down.Facial hairs are not as thick and visible.And most importantly my CRAVINGS! They have gone from 10000 to 0! I don’t feel like I need to constantly snack or eat sweets etc. I even managed to lose some weight.My periods have become regular now too!Just really happy with the product! Thank you!
