I’ve been taking this vitamin D3 & K2 supplement for a little while now, but I haven’t noticed any major changes yet. That’s okay I understand it takes time for vitamins like these to work in your body The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that the ingredients seem clean and well balanced.
