I love the bracelet, the quality is good. Bracelet itself seems stainless steal but not too sure about the flower charm. This bracelet is pretty good though for the price. I've seen higher prices in department stores that look exactly like this. Bought this for my mom (as a Christmas present). Came a day early than expected.The bracelet was in plastic packaging in which I removed in this pic. It was also in the purple bag. All the contents are in the box. Adding this extra info incase anyone wants to know.

Bought this for my niece for Christmas and she loves it. It’s a nice message in the dangling charm.
