Been struuuuuglin for 4 days, I tell ya. I was desperate. Had been drinking nothing but water and taking miralax for 3 days straight with no progress. Took 3 of these chews and bam. Finally some relief. After about 3 hours, the gut noises started up and the hose turned on. But no cramping at all. I’m sure everyone is different but this worked in a pinch. The chews tasted ok!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These work great. I have tried regular laxatives, but they cause alot of pain. I tried 3 of these and they work great. It doesn't take long to work and there is no pain. These aldo taste good. This is my 2d purchase and I'll be ordering more.

Updated.I've been taking 1 every day. Works pretty well for regularity without stomach aches.The 1st 2 days I was impatient. This med is not for immediate results unless you're fine with feeling pretty sick for a day.-----On the 2nd day I took a few chews over 2 or 3 hours the 2nd morning finally did it.The first day I tried one in morning 1 in evening. Nothing. Happened.However, the next day I had the idea to try a bigger dose to see if anything could happen. I'm still feeling it a whole day later. My stomach is angry, grumbling, and turning over. This isn't great for me at all. This med either doesn't work or works too much.Tastes and chews like candy; very fun to eat. But I'll not be taking these again.

Are you an IBS-C girlie, too? Because not only have I been experiencing IBS-C, but I had surgery. Two chews? Worked pretty quickly on a barely empty stomach. Three chews? Within 30-40 mins, it's Niagra Falls.You've been warned! But it WORKS and it's SO gentle.Also... it tastes and is the same texture as bubble gum, so swallowing it felt weird.

Took 2 chews. They only worked a little, but it only took an hour, but then cramps after that.

Love these chews. Taste great, not grainy, and I use one every 3 days to stay regular.

These really work quickly and taste good too. I typically only take one and have movement anywhere from an hour to just a few hours. I try to take it on an empty stomach so it works faster.

Works better then miralax bc it doesn't bloat me but omg taste horrible!!!!! I just can't get pass the taste of it. Takes awhile for it to kick in so be patient.
