Definitely good but.
Overall pleased so far. But after sitting down on it for while, def had to add a cushing as the seat has a bump in the middle that's not too comfy for long sessions infront of monitor. Also feels sturdy but abit too bendable for heftier individuals such as myself. Also trying to attach both armrests were a pain! Like they needed to be stretched to attach both ends to the seat & backrest. Tempted to not even bother, but still did. They do feel comfy aswell so worth the hassle atleast.I gave the ease of assembly & comfort 3 out of 5 stars cuz individually they were solid but had drawbacks, like the armrests for the assembly, & the seatbump for comfort, but the sturdiness 4 outta 5 cuz it is quite sturdy, but i dunno if it'll last with my weight.Other than that. Definitely worth it at this price of £60 roughly

Not very comfortable
I was very excited to get this chair to replace one that broke. Unfortunately it is not very comfortable to sit in. The backrest leans too far back so it feels like I'm in a recliner, and there is a weird piece of extra padding on the seat between the legs. It forces you to manspread. It is so uncomfortable that I prefer my broken chair to this one. When assembling the chair it also has a weird part where you attach the backrest with four screws, but if you use all four then the mount won't go on.I'm sure someone will like the chair. It won't be me though.

The support for the neck is bad
Very good chair for the price, it's depth is too much if you're small in height 5'1. You either have your feet on the ground or back to the chair but not both. If you are tall (6'1) the back of the chair is not high enough to support the neck. So I suppose if your in-between height it should be fine. Overall the quality of the materials are good but the support could be better.

Good value
chair is slightly lower than my old chair, but at a fraction of the cost it's not a problem for me. I'm 5'9 and chair needs to be at maximum height so if you're any taller I'd look for something else......Assembly is pretty straightforward, but would like the armrest bolts to be a little longer to aid lining them up with the holes in the back and seat.only had this a couple of days, time will tell how reliable & comfortable it remains..

Excellent Chair
Prior to buying this, with my wife and I working from home due to Covid, we had to take turns with the executive chair, purchased this and my wife took it, she finds it very comfortable to sit in for hours. Personally though I didn't find it comfortable and would have sent it back.InstructionsThe instructions came in the form of a booklet, while majority of it was straight forward the arms to the chair were printed incorrectly, left hand fitted the right hand side and vice versa. It came with one extra screw which was a good job as one of them was completely faulty, thread did not workApart from that no issues at all

No left handrail
Easy to assemble, but I got 2 right handrail and I did not get a left handrail.Update: they sent me the left handrail and it perfectly fit, so the customer service is very good and helpful.
